Ordering and Payment Policies

Ordering Policy

While shopping, you may place an item in the shopping cart and continue shopping. Before you complete your purchase you must accept the Terms and Conditions set forth by CCI-LLC, provide your payment information, and confirm your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with item(s) ordered, price per item, total price, and order number. If an Order Confirmation has not been received, then the order has not been placed.

Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card at check out.

Once your payment is received, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. For more shipping information, read our Shipping Policy.

CCI-LLC does its best to ensure that all prices advertised are correct and current. If for any reason there is a problem, whether the price is wrong or there is a typographical error, we have the right to cancel or refuse any item that is incorrect. Upon finding an error we will contact you and tell you how to make it right, or cancel your order.  

CCI-LLC charges applicable sales tax for buyers residing in States wtih reciprocity agreements with Indiana.  If you were not charged sales tax when checking out, you are responsible for knowing and compying with the applicable Use Tax for your state and locale.

At any time CCI-LLC reserves the right to decline and refund an order it does not wish to fulfill.
